Job Description

Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold calling, and events.
Identify new market opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Research industry trends and competitor activities to craft effective sales strategies.
2. Client Engagement & Solution Selling
Understand client requirements, workflows, and challenges.
Position Zoho applications (CRM, Finance, HR, Projects, etc.) as tailored solutions.
Conduct impactful product demonstrations and presentations.
Build trust with clients by acting as a solution consultant, not just a salesperson.
3. Sales Process Management

Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and agreements.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
4. Collaboration & Customer Success
Work closely with the pre-sales and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain strong post-sales relationships to encourage renewals and upsell opportunities.
Collect client feedback and share insights with the product and service team.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, Hindi, Gujarati.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn technical products quickly and explain them to clients.
Target-driven mindset with resilience under pressure.
Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
