Job Description

Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

Handle client escalations and resolve issues efficiently to maintain service quality and trust.

Collect and analyze client feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for service improvement.

Recommend process enhancements and strategic initiatives based on market behavior and UAE business practices.

Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless coordination and proactive customer care.
