Customer Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilty :-

1. CRM System Administration & Data Management

• Maintain and administer CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Ensure CRM data accuracy, integrity, and database hygiene.
• Audit and update contact/customer data regularly.

2. Campaign & Communication Execution

• Plan, deploy, and monitor automated campaigns (emails, SMS, notifications).
• Configure workflows, automation sequences, and audience segmentation.
• Analyze campaign performance (open rates, conversions, engagement).

3. External Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with external agencies or CRM vendors for system enhancements.
• Coordinate requirements with partners or consultants.
• Liaise with external developers or data providers for API or integration work. propertymark.

4. Support & Training for Users

• Act as a first-line resource for CRM users (internal teams or external partners).
• Provide training, documentation, and help support to users.

5. Reporting & Analytics

• Generate reports and dashboards to track CRM performance.
• Use analytics to derive insights on customer behavior or campaign results.

6. Process Improvement & Governance

• Develop standards, procedures, and best practices for CRM operations.
• Identify opportunities for system or workflow improvements.

7. Integration & Technical Coordination

• Work with technical teams or external developers on system integration projects.
• Support tasks like API coordination, data syncing, or CRM tool enhancements.
