Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Engineering Construction Manager role located in Nagpur. The Engineering Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction engineering, engineering management, procurement, inspection, and project management tasks. 1. Project Civil Execution & Monitoring • Oversee the construction progress of Auto LPG stations across India. • Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams for seamless project execution. • Conduct pre-construction site inspections to assess feasibility and readiness. • Track civil progress and ensure adherence to project timelines. 2. Civil Maintenance (PAN-India) • Manage civil maintenance work for all existing Auto LPG stations across India. • Ensure timely repair, upkeep, and structural integrity of operational stations. • Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules. 3. Documentation & BOQ Management • Verify Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for civil work. • Manage vendor selection and registration in ERP. • Issue work orders to contractors and ensure timely execution. • Review drawings and suggest cost reduction strategies. 4. Billing & Payment Processing • Verify contractor billing and ensure accuracy. • Process payments while ensuring compliance with terms. 5. Team Management & Training • Manage engineer relocations as per project needs. • Provide technical training to new and existing engineers. • Conduct virtual training for system/process upgrades. 6. Budgeting & Financial Planning • Prepare project budgets for financial forecasting. • Optimize costs while maintaining quality and compliance. 7. Coordination & Compliance • Coordinate with the back-office team for smooth operations. • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards. Qualifications Construction Engineering and Engineering Management skills Procurement and Inspection expertise Project Management capabilities Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools Strong understanding of PESO & OISD norms (mandatory) Minimum 8 - 10 years Construction Industry. Experience in the energy industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
