Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for a HR Training Manager. The HR Training Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs, conducting training sessions, coordinating with departmental managers to identify training needs, and evaluating training program effectiveness. They will also handle employee onboarding processes, maintain training records, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing training programs, training delivery, and employee development
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to identify training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the energy sector is a plus
