We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager for residential societies facility management in Faridabad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Complaint Resolution prompt & effective
  • Escalations Management
  • Regular Customer Engagement (surveys, meetings, feedback)
  • Coordination with RWAs & key stakeholders
  • Feedback Implementation & Service Quality Assurance
  • Conflict Resolution & Communication Management
  • Reporting & Documentation of service metrics

Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
