Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Client management and support:
Respond to customer queries, handle complaints, and provide excellent post-sales service.
CRM system management:
Maintain and optimize the CRM platform, ensuring all client data is accurate and up-to-date.
Administrative tasks:
Manage client documents, facilitate agreements, and handle payment schedules.
Communication and coordination:
Act as a liaison between departments, such as sales and marketing, and implement strategies for effective communication.
Strategy and analysis:
Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty. Analyze customer data to identify trends and inform business decisions.
Process and workflow:
Streamline processes like property handovers and fit-outs, and set up automated communication where possible.
Strong understanding of CRM software and its application in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
Data analysis and reporting skills to derive insights from customer data.
Familiarity with real estate processes, from sales to after-sales support.

Preferred candidate profile

2-5 years of experience, ideally within the real estate industry, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with CRM software and MS Office
