Hiring Sales CRM and Service CRM Location- Ahmednagar, MH and Nasik, MH Vacancies - 4 A car dealership Customer Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key duties include managing customer feedback, coordinating with sales and service teams, and developing strategies for customer retention and loyalty. This role also involves analyzing customer data, overseeing post-sale follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and dealership staff. Key responsibilities Customer management: Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across various channels like phone, email, and social media. Data analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, generate insights, and develop strategies to enhance the customer experience. Product and service knowledge: Provide information on vehicle features, finance options, and warranty details to customers.
