Job Description

A Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients by serving as their main point of contact, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction through personalized service and support. Key duties include addressing client inquiries and issues, identifying sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling, and developing and implementing strategies to grow the client base. Specific roles may focus on sectors like real estate, requiring local market knowledge and a network of investors. Key responsibilities

  • Client relationship management: Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.
  • Client support: Serve as the primary point of contact, provide personalized advice, and address client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Sales and business development: Identify and pursue sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling, and develop new business and partnerships.
  • Strategy and planning: Develop and implement plans to meet customer needs and create strategies to strengthen client relationships and the company's brand.
  • Market and industry engagement: Stay up-to-date with market trends, attend industry events like exhibitions and seminars, and network to build a strong client base.
  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client information, and sales activities.

Requirements :

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in fields like Client Business Solutions, Typing and Documentation Center ,Business Administration, Marketing, Finance is often required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience is typically needed, often with specific experience in the market.Preference is given to candidates having experience in GCC countries ( particularly in Saudi or UAE in Client Business Solutions, Typing and Documentation Center operations)
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a professional demeanor.
  • Technical proficiency: Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
