are looking for an experienced Holidays & Tour Executive to manage and grow our global tour and holiday packages division based in Malappuram. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in holiday package sales, client handling, and destination management , with a passion for travel and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and sell customized domestic and international holiday packages based on client preferences and budgets. Handle end-to-end inquiry to booking process including itinerary creation, costing, confirmations, and follow-up. Build and maintain relationships with travel partners, hotels, DMCs, and agents . Advise clients on travel options, visa requirements, insurance, and destination details . Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for holiday packages. Manage online and offline leads, ensuring timely response and conversion. Coordinate with the ticketing team for flight bookings and related services (knowledge in ticketing is an advantage). Provide excellent post-sale support and customer service to ensure repeat and referral business. Stay updated on global travel trends, destinations, and pricing. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field). 3–5 years of proven experience in holiday packages, leisure travel, or tour operations. Strong knowledge of international and domestic destinations, visa processes, and travel suppliers . Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills . Proficiency in MS Office and travel CRM/booking tools. Knowledge of air ticketing (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is a plus. Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi is an advantage).
