Job Description

Job Title: CRM Process Champion

Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Bangalore
Reports To: Sales & Marketing Head
Employment Type: Payroll
CTC: ₹5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Process Optimization
Streamline and enhance CRM workflows for improved customer experience and efficiency.
Identify process gaps and implement automation and personalization best practices.
CRM System Management
Manage daily CRM operations ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Coordinate with IT and cross-functional teams for CRM integration with business systems.
Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
Data Management & Reporting
Ensure accurate data collection, tracking, and analysis across touchpoints.
Generate reports and insights on customer engagement and retention metrics.
Support business decisions with actionable CRM insights.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM processes.
Conduct training sessions and provide support on CRM best practices.
Customer Segmentation & Personalization
Support segmentation strategies for targeted campaigns and personalized outreach.
Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage CRM data for customer engagement.
Process Documentation
Maintain updated documentation of CRM processes, workflows, and training materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration (BBA/MBA).
Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM management or process improvement roles.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Good understanding of CRM software and integration.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Kannada and Hindi preferred.
