Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
• Identify and resolve customer queries related to insurance policies.
• Record and update call logs in the system.
• Promote or retain products/services when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalated issues.
• Maintain quality and follow company communication guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication can apply)
• Age Limit: 20–30 years
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (as per company policy)

Mandatory Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Data Entry)
• Patience and professionalism while engaging with customers
