Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist. The role is on-site and based in Hyderabad. The Customer Relationship Management Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships for onboarding on the tech platform, analyzing customer data, and developing strategies to improve customer engagement. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining the CRM system, coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction, and supporting sales efforts through data analysis and project management.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Project Management experience
• Excellent Communication skills and proficiency in Sales
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with multiple departments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
