Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources and Admin Manager, located in Surat. The Human Resources and Admin Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Daily tasks include overseeing administrative operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and coordinating training and development programs. The role also involves managing payroll, handling employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
