Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources and Admin Manager, located in Surat. The Human Resources and Admin Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Daily tasks include overseeing administrative operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and coordinating training and development programs. The role also involves managing payroll, handling employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Strong skills in managing payroll and handling employee grievances
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
