Role Overview

CRM Manager


Key Responsibilities

CRM System Management

  • Manage and optimize the CRM platform (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce or similar)
  • Ensure accurate student and parent data entry, segmentation, and reporting
  • Build automation workflows for lead nurturing, reminders, and follow-ups


Customer Lifecycle & Engagement

  • Map and manage the entire customer journey from inquiry → enrollment → retention
  • Run targeted campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications) for admissions and engagement
  • Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve communication effectiveness


Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Academic teams to ensure CRM supports business goals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to implement drip campaigns, remarketing, and retention strategies
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and personalized communication to improve conversion rates


Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as lead conversion rates, engagement rates, retention rates, and churn
  • Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and share insights with leadership
  • Recommend improvements based on customer behavior and feedback


Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
  • 2–4 years of experience managing CRM systems (education/ed-tech preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Experience in marketing automation, drip campaigns, and customer segmentation
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
