We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our dynamic team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting sales and marketing teams through efficient use of CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
  • Address client complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • CRM System Management:
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information.
  • Generate and analyze reports to track customer engagement and sales performance.
  • Ensure the CRM system is effectively utilized by the sales and marketing teams.
  • Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities.
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely closures.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to provide updates on client interactions.
  • Marketing Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions.
  • Track campaign performance and provide insights to improve results.
  • Ensure seamless communication between the marketing and sales teams.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Plan and execute customer engagement initiatives, including events, surveys, and feedback sessions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred:

  • Experience in real estate sales or marketing.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
