Title Inside Sales

We are looking for a dynamic junior sales executive, ideally with experience in the real estate sector, particularly in co-working or managed spaces. Your primary responsibilities will include driving sales growth, nurturing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in a rapidly expanding market. Your key responsibilities will involve client acquisition and retention. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing the sales process, and establishing long-term partnerships with tenants and businesses. Additionally, you will need to conduct market research to stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, enabling you to spot opportunities for business expansion. As part of your role, you will be expected to effectively track and manage leads, ensuring a high conversion rate from inquiries to successful sales. Collaboration is essential, and you will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to guarantee client satisfaction and ensure a seamless handover of spaces. You will also assist in crafting proposals and supporting sales managers in their tasks. The ideal candidate should be able to join immediately or within 10-15 days.
