You are a dynamic junior sales executive, particularly experienced in the real estate sector with a focus on co-working or managed spaces. Your responsibilities will include driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in a rapidly expanding market. Your key responsibilities will involve client acquisition & retention by identifying potential clients, managing the sales cycle, and nurturing long-term relationships with tenants and businesses. You will also need to conduct market research to stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities. Efficient lead management will be crucial, ensuring a high conversion rate from inquiries to sales. Collaboration with the marketing and operations teams is essential to guarantee client satisfaction and a seamless handover of spaces. Additionally, you will be involved in proposal crafting and supporting sales managers. The ideal candidate for this role should be able to join immediately or within 10-15 days.
