As an Inside Sales Executive at our company, your role will be crucial in driving our sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Engage & Influence: Cold-call and connect with potential customers to introduce QLC's solutions. - Lead Qualification: Identify decision-makers and convert leads into meaningful business opportunities. - Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver impactful product demonstrations that WOW customers. - Negotiation & Closing Deals: Prepare quotes, discuss pricing, and drive closures. - Customer Engagement & Follow-ups: Nurture leads and ensure a seamless customer journey. - CRM Management: Keep customer interactions updated for better sales efficiency. - Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions.
