Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update property information in the CRM system with complete accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups with leads and clients.
  • Track inventory, maintain the lead pipeline, and share regular updates and reports with management.
  • Handle sales/client queries, providing details on projects, offers, and available properties.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams (sales, operations, and marketing).
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, conversions, and client interactions.
  • Update property leads in the CRM software, monitor sold and unsold inventory, and provide ongoing support to the sales team..


Key Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, CRM & real estate sales support.
  • Proficiency in any CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
