Customer Relationship Management Executive

We are seeking a dedicated CRM Executive to manage customer relationships in our loan and payment services division. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in customer relationship management, with a focus on exceptional service, resolving queries, and supporting loan and payment processes. Previous experience in the real estate sector is essential, along with expertise in managing audits before or after possession and facilitating key handover to customers. Key Responsibilities Maintain strong customer relationships for satisfaction and retention. Address customer inquiries and issues related to loans and payments. Manage and update customer data in the CRM system. Collaborate with teams to streamline loan and payment processes. Conduct audits before/after possession and manage key handovers. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Qualifications Female candidate with 3-5 years of CRM experience in real estate. Experience in possession audits and key handovers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office. Knowledge of loan, payment, and real estate processes. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
