Role Overview
We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage client interactions, handle digital inquiries, maintain CRM data, and support the Sales & CRM team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle first-round client calls and qualify leads.
Manage inbound inquiries via WhatsApp/website.
Maintain lead records, reports, and presentations.
Assist Sales team with client engagement and proposals.
Requirements
Graduate in Business/Marketing/Communications or related field.
Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
Prior CRM/sales coordination experience preferred.
Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
