Job Description

CRM Executive:


Job Responsibility:


-Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction. 


-Handle inbound inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert potential leads into active members. 


-Update and manage CRM systems with accurate member information and interactions. 


-Develop strategies to enhance member retention by addressing concerns and ensuring continued satisfaction. 


-Respond to member queries regarding billing, amenities, services, and resolve issues in a timely manner. 


-Prepare and present reports on CRM performance, member feedback, and sales leads to management. 


-Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve customer service and member experience.
