Position: Head - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Experience: 20+ years Location : Chennai ( Thiruvanmiyur) Key Responsibilities Lead the overall customer relationship management strategy and operations across the business. Oversee the end-to-end customer experience journey, including onboarding, service, handover, and post-sales support. Drive customer satisfaction, grievance redressal, and loyalty initiatives.
