Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and prospecting.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.

Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with customers and colleagues.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Strong knowledge of the motor finance industry and its trends is required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.

Candidates should possess a graduate degree.
