Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Associate - Customer Relationship Management in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist in managing queries, requests, and complaints.
  • Support call center management activities.
  • Coordinate across businesses for timely closure of leads and cases.
  • Run various campaigns, such as pre-approved loans.
  • Prepare daily or weekly MIS for analysis and process improvement.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in customer relationship management is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
