Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Associate - Customer Relationship Management in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility

Assist in managing queries, requests, and complaints.

Support call center management activities.

Coordinate across businesses for timely closure of leads and cases.

Run various campaigns, such as pre-approved loans.

Prepare daily or weekly MIS for analysis and process improvement.

Assist in cross-selling activities.
