We are seeking a proactive Customer Support Executive to handle customer communication across multiple channels, including incoming calls, WhatsApp, and support emails. The role involves coordinating with internal teams via CRM for service and warranty support, making outbound customer calls. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing inbound customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Handling service requests and warranty card updates using CRM
Making follow-up and feedback calls to customers
Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tool
