We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with 13 years of experience, strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for helping customers succeed.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and product guidance
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams
  • Collect and share customer feedback with relevant teams
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools
  • Provide proactive support to drive customer success and satisfaction
