Role Summary

Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage walk-in clients with poise, professionalism, and warmth.
Understand client needs and recommend fine jewellery suited to their preferences, style, and occasion.
Manage the complete sales process — from product selection to billing and post-sale service.
Build and nurture lasting relationships to drive repeat business and client referrals.
Maintain accurate client records and leverage CRM tools for follow-ups and special occasions.
Ensure showroom presentation and ambience meet
PMJ Jewels’ luxury brand standards.
Represent the brand during exclusive events, client gatherings, and promotional activities.

Requirements

Experience:
0 - 5 years in
luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end customer service
.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written skills in English and local languages.
Personality:
Elegant, well-groomed, and confident with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
Interest in fine jewellery and familiarity with CRM systems.
