Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive based in Surat. The Customer Relationship Executive will handle day-to-day interactions with clients, ensuring their needs are met and resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include building and maintaining business relationships, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring top-tier customer service while fostering positive client relations. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Client Relations Experience in Business Relationship Management Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Proven ability to manage client concerns and provide effective solutions Proactive approach to building and maintaining strong professional relationships Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Surat Knowledge or experience in the manufacturing or construction sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is advantageous
