Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive based in Surat. The Customer Relationship Executive will handle day-to-day interactions with clients, ensuring their needs are met and resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Client Relations
Experience in Business Relationship Management
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven ability to manage client concerns and provide effective solutions
Proactive approach to building and maintaining strong professional relationships
Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Surat
Knowledge or experience in the manufacturing or construction sector is a plus
