Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at Marut Air, an industry leader in Industrial Equipment / Machinery - Machine Tools. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in customer relationship management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective customer relationship strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and support.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through proactive sales efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in customer relationship management with a focus on industrial equipment or machinery.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
