Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team at Marut Air, an industry leader in Industrial Equipment / Machinery - Machine Tools. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in sales coordination or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, customer engagement, and order processing.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to drive business growth.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, research, and industry events.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales coordination or a related field, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience.
Strong understanding of the Industrial Equipment / Machinery - Machine Tools industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in sales software and tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
