Job Description

You will be responsible for managing all customer-facing activities post-booking confirmation. This includes handling agreement documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience after the sale. Your attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and excellent communication skills will be key in excelling in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers after booking. - Coordinate and manage all agreement-related documentation (e.g., sale agreements, demand letters, allotment letters). - Maintain accurate records in Excel and the CRM system. - Liaise with legal teams, developers, and customers to ensure timely execution of agreements. - Proactively communicate with clients regarding pending actions, upcoming milestones, and required documents. - Resolve customer queries and ensure high satisfaction throughout the post-booking journey. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in real estate post-sales operations, customer service, or CRM roles. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and any regional language if applicable. - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client records simultaneously. - Strong organizational and coordination skills. - Understanding of real estate agreements and documentation is a strong plus. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in a real estate company, broker firm, or property management service. - Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho or Salesforce. - Knowledge of legal processes and RERA documentation.
