What You’ll Do As a Marketing Coordinator , you’ll play a vital role in driving brand visibility and campaign success across both digital and offline channels. You’ll work closely with our marketing, design, and content teams — and liaise with external vendors — to bring campaigns to life. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns (social, email, SEO, paid). Manage creation and distribution of print marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, banners). Work with designers, printers, and agencies to meet quality and timeline goals. Update website and social media with fresh, engaging content. Support events, activations, and webinar promotions. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics & HubSpot. What You’ll Need 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience managing print production (vendors, timelines, QC). Familiarity with digital tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, or Canva.
