Marketing Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Assist with marketing campaigns:

  Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels like digital, print, and social media.

• Content creation and management:

  Help create and proofread content for internal newsletters, flyers, and social media. This can also include assisting with basic video editing.

• Online presence management:

  Monitor and help manage the hospital's online presence, including social media profiles and drafting responses to patient reviews under supervision.

• Event coordination:

  Provide logistical support for hospital and community events, including scheduling, setup, and distributing materials.

• Internal and external communication:

  Collaborate with different departments to gather information and distribute communication materials. Liaise with external agencies and vendors for marketing projects.

• Administrative support:

  Assist with general marketing tasks, manage the marketing budget, and maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.

Required skills and qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with standard office software like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing is often a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is often required.
