Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Reports To: Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads, B2B marketing, WhatsApp automation, CRM management, and social media strategy. This role involves coordinating marketing activities, executing campaigns, and optimizing performance to achieve brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Develop and manage B2B marketing funnels to drive qualified leads and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze ad performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

CRM & Automation

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate lead tracking and data segmentation.
  • Implement and optimize WhatsApp automation workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align CRM and marketing automation processes.

Social Media & Content Management

  • Plan, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging and brand-consistent creatives.
  • Monitor social media trends, engagement, and analytics to improve reach and performance.

Strategy & Coordination

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and annual plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing activities including events, campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Support the marketing team with reports, presentations, and performance metrics.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key marketing KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Use data insights to refine strategies and drive ROI across campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing coordination.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp automation tools (e.g., Twilio, WATI, or Interakt).
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
