What You’ll Do

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in driving brand visibility and campaign success across both digital and offline channels. You’ll work closely with our marketing, design, and content teams — and liaise with external vendors — to bring campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns (social, email, SEO, paid).
• Manage creation and distribution of print marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, banners).
• Work with designers, printers, and agencies to meet quality and timeline goals.
• Update website and social media with fresh, engaging content.
• Support events, activations, and webinar promotions.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics & HubSpot.

What You’ll Need

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing print production (vendors, timelines, QC).
• Familiarity with digital tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, or Canva.
• Great communication and project management skills.
