Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing qualified leads, engaging with clients, conducting project briefings and site visits, and supporting the client through to final booking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Handling: Call and engage with qualified leads generated by the in-house marketing and sourcing teams.
  • Client Interaction: Understand client requirements and effectively explain project details, pricing, and available options.
  • Site Visits: Coordinate and attend site visits with clients; ensure all project-related questions are addressed.
  • Sales Conversion: Build trust, handle objections, and work toward converting interest into bookings.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain a strong relationship with potential buyers to enhance conversion chances.
  • Reporting & Follow-ups: Maintain updated lead status, daily reporting, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage clients and build trust quickly.
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on closures.
  • Familiarity with local real estate market trends is a plus.
  • Basic proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
