₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

🎯 Position Summary

The Customer Care Executive will be the first point of contact for clients visiting or calling Oliva Skin & Hair Clinic. The role involves managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, explaining clinic services, and ensuring an exceptional client experience that reflects the Oliva brand’s premium standards.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction & Service
    • Greet clients warmly and handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries.
    • Explain clinic services, treatment packages, and procedures clearly and confidently.
    • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment at the front desk.
  • Appointment Management
    • Schedule and confirm client appointments using the clinic’s CRM/software.
    • Coordinate with dermatologists and therapists to manage client flow efficiently.
    • Follow up on missed appointments and reschedule where required.
  • Sales & Upselling
    • Promote relevant skin, hair, and laser treatment packages to clients.
    • Meet monthly sales and conversion targets through effective communication and upselling techniques.
    • Support marketing initiatives like seasonal offers and service promotions.
  • Customer Retention & Feedback
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem resolution.
    • Collect feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the Clinic Manager.
    • Maintain strong follow-up for repeat and referral clients.
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage front desk operations, billing coordination, and documentation.
    • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the reception area.
    • Coordinate with back-office teams for reports, supplies, and service records.

📋 Requirements

  • Education: Graduates
  • Experience: 1–3 years in Customer Care / Call Center Manager / Hospitality / Wellness / Clinic environment.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada (Telugu is an added advantage).
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal & interpersonal communication
    • Pleasing personality and grooming standards
    • Confident sales pitching and upselling ability
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
