  • Manage inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Address and resolve customer issues, queries, and complaints with empathy
  • Maintain detailed call logs and execute required follow-ups
  • Ensure consistent service delivery and maintain quality standards
Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 0 to 1 year of experience
  • Minimum qualification: Any Graduate
  • Good verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets / Google Docs
  • Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning
  • Prior experience or knowledge in e-commerce will be an advantage
  • Willingness to work in a split shift is required
