As a Customer Care Executive at Oliva Skin & Hair Clinic in Hyderabad City, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for clients visiting or calling the clinic. Your main responsibilities will include: - Greeting clients warmly and handling walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries. - Explaining clinic services, treatment packages, and procedures clearly and confidently. - Maintaining a welcoming and professional environment at the front desk. - Scheduling and confirming client appointments using the clinic's CRM/software. - Coordinating with dermatologists and therapists to manage client flow efficiently. - Following up on missed appointments and rescheduling where required. - Promoting relevant skin, hair, and laser treatment packages to clients. - Meeting monthly sales and conversion targets through effective communication and upselling techniques. - Supporting marketing initiatives like seasonal offers and service promotions. - Ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem resolution. - Collecting feedback and escalating unresolved issues to the Clinic Manager. - Maintaining strong follow-up for repeat and referral clients. - Managing front desk operations, billing coordination, and documentation. - Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards of the reception area. - Coordinating with back-office teams for reports, supplies, and service records. Qualification Required: - Education: Graduates - Experience: 1-3 years in Customer Care / Call Center Manager / Hospitality / Wellness / Clinic environment. - Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada (Telugu is an added advantage). - Skills required: - Excellent verbal & interpersonal communication - Pleasing personality and grooming standards - Confident sales pitching and upselling ability - Strong organizational and multitasking skills Please note that the company is Oliva Skin & Hair Clinic and your role will be pivotal in ensuring an exceptional client experience that reflects the clinic's premium standards.,
