Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction:

  Handle customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy.

• Problem Resolution:

  Effectively identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a timely manner.

• Information & Assistance:

  Provide accurate and complete information about products, services, and policies.

• Documentation:

  Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

• Collaboration:

  Work with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

Noida:

• Sector 57, 62, 63 and 127

  - Any UG Fresher / Experience can apply.

• Sector 60

  - Any Graduate with Experience (6 Months or above) in International Voice Technical Support OR Graduate with Experience (6 Months or above) in International Non Technical Chat process.

Gurugram:

• Sector 18

  - Any Graduate Fresher / Experience OR UG with Experience can apply.

• Sector 20

  - Any UG Fresher / Experience are eligible.

CTC:

Noida:

• Fresher

  - 15k to 22k (

  Based on communication skills

  ).

• Experience

  - Up to 25k (

  Non Technical

  ), 28k (

  Travel

  ) and 45k (

  Technical/International Chat

  ).

Gurugram:

• Fresher

  - 15k to 25k (

  Based on communication skills

  ).

• Experience
