Job Title : Customer Care Executive – Domestic Operations Location : Varanasi Company : Professional Courier Network Limited Salary : ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Age Limit : Below 30 years Languages : Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our Domestic Operations team as a Customer Care Executive. The ideal candidate should be under 35 years of age, fluent in both Hindi and English, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Key Roles & Responsibilities : Customer Interaction Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently Resolve queries related to domestic courier deliveries, tracking, delays, or complaints Provide timely updates on shipment status and expected delivery timelines Issue Resolution Address and resolve customer complaints with a customer-first attitude Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to escalate and close issues swiftly Maintain calm and professionalism during high-pressure interactions Coordination & Communication Liaise with internal departments such as logistics and delivery personnel for smooth operations Ensure accurate communication between customers and operational teams Keep records of interactions, follow-ups, and resolutions in the CRM system Documentation & Reporting Maintain call logs and detailed records of customer interactions Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer concerns and resolutions provided Flag recurring issues to the supervisor for process improvement Quality & Compliance Adhere to company policies, standards, and service-level agreements Ensure all customer communication aligns with brand guidelines Follow data privacy and confidentiality protocols strictly Candidate Requirements : Age : Below 35 years Language Proficiency : Fluent in Hindi and English (both verbal & written) Education : Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate Experience : 0–2 years in a customer service or call center role (courier/logistics industry preferred) Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM systems) Strong problem-solving attitude and multitasking ability Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 6292135679
