Position Overview
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. You will be responsible for addressing customer issues, resolving complaints, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns, complaints, and feedback, empathizing with their perspective and demonstrating a genuine desire to resolve their issues.
- Identify and assess customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions, products, or services to meet their requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively, taking ownership of the issue and working towards a resolution in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and operations, to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints in CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Follow company policies and procedures for customer care and service delivery, adhering to quality standards and service level agreements.
- Stay informed about company products, services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery processes, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and team members.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding solutions and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems, with the ability to learn new software and technology platforms quickly.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Previous experience in a customer care or call center environment preferred.
