Project Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with strong technical knowledge in construction chemicals, waterproofing systems, and building repair techniques. The role requires end-to-end project handling, from planning to execution, including manpower management, client coordination, documentation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple waterproofing and repair projects across sites.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of construction chemicals and application techniques.
• Supervise site work, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met.
• Lead and coordinate manpower, contractors, and technical teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including work orders, progress reports, and completion certificates.
• Conduct technical presentations and site demonstrations to clients, engineers, and consultants.
• Ensure proper material planning, usage, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot site issues and provide effective technical solutions.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction chemicals or waterproofing industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office, and project reporting tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
