Customer Care Assistant - Hindi

As a Customer Care Support Executive, your role will involve handling customer queries, providing assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels such as calls, emails, and chats. You will play a crucial part in maintaining a positive brand image and fostering strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support effectively. - Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly. - Provide detailed product/service information and guide customers to meet their needs. - Escalate complex issues to the relevant department for swift resolution. - Deliver professional and empathetic service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Assist in customer retention efforts by building and maintaining positive relationships. - Gather valuable feedback from customers and share insights to enhance service quality. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree or diploma is preferred, but not mandatory. - Proficiency in Hindi and English languages is mandatory. - Prior experience in customer service/support is advantageous. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. - Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are required. - Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively. - Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. - Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-oriented mindset are key attributes.
