We are seeking a qualified and compassionate BDS Doctor to join our clinic team. The role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing oral health conditions, and ensuring high-quality patient care in alignment with clinic standards.

Roles & Responsibilities of Hair & Skin DoctorsClinical Duties

• Diagnose and treat patients with hair, scalp, and skin conditions.
• Perform aesthetic and cosmetic procedures (PRP, mesotherapy, chemical peels, microneedling, botox, fillers, laser treatments, etc.).
• Create customized treatment plans for each patient.
• Ensure safety protocols, sterilization, and clinical compliance.
• Keep accurate patient records and follow-up schedules.

Patient Care & Consultation

• Conduct detailed consultations, explaining treatment options, outcomes, and aftercare.
• Provide honest, ethical, and transparent advice to patients.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as required.
• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and trust.

Operational & Team Support

• Work closely with clinic staff to maintain smooth operations.
• Train and guide junior doctors, therapists, and nurses on procedures.
• Participate in clinic meetings, case discussions, and reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest aesthetic techniques and research.

Compliance & Professionalism

• Adhere to medical ethics and safety standards.
• Maintain valid licensing and certifications.
• Support the clinic in audits, medical inspections, and regulatory compliance.

Business & Branding Support (if applicable)

• Support in marketing campaigns, webinars, or patient awareness sessions.
• Build the clinic’s reputation through professional networking and conferences.
• Contribute to service innovation and growth of the clinic.

Educational Qualifications

• BDS degree (mandatory).
• Valid Medical Council Registration (state/national).
• Fellowship or certification in Aesthetic Medicine, Trichology, Laser Therapy, or Cosmetic Dermatology (preferred).

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic practice (minimum).
• Experience in procedures like PRP therapy, mesotherapy, laser treatments, chemical peels, hair restoration, botox, fillers, etc.

Skills

• Strong clinical knowledge of skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments.
• Excellent patient consultation and counseling ability.
• Skilled in laser machines, dermatoscopes, and aesthetic equipment.
• Good communication and empathetic approach with patients.
• Team collaboration with nurses, therapists, and clinic staff.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
