Role Overview: As a Pediatrician in the Pediatric Care department, you will be responsible for conducting new patient consultations, communicating diagnoses effectively, guiding parents through the enrollment process, and managing ongoing care for patients with neurological conditions, epilepsy, and syndromes. You will play a crucial role in monitoring patient progress, facilitating discharge meetings, and participating in compliance meetings to ensure adherence to organizational policies. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct initial consultations with new patients and assess their needs. - Clearly convey diagnoses to patients and their families. - Guide parents through the enrollment process and ensure understanding of the treatment plan. - Conduct follow-up consultations post-assessment and adjust care plans as necessary. - Facilitate discharge or discontinuation of patients, ensuring a smooth transition. - Manage ongoing care for patients with neurological conditions, epilepsy, and syndromes through regular follow-up consultations. - Participate in staff performance evaluations and contribute to compliance meetings. Qualification Required: - MBBS, MD Pediatrics, DCH, or DNB. - Good oral communication skills. - Proficiency in email and app usage. - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. - Experience working with children with neurodisability is preferred. - Proficiency in using CRM software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and management software.
